Initiate Your Request
Log into your NZXT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the product in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
